Position: Registered Manager

Background: Holds a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management. Has worked in various care settings for over 16 years. Born and Bred in Telford

Loves: Having her lunch with residents and making sure all our residents and their families are happy with our services!

Fun Fact: Met Gareth Southgate at 14 – and still goes on about it!

Position: Care Home Administrator

Background: Holds a level 3 in health and social care and is working towards her level 5 in Business and Admin.

Loves: Takes pride in supporting the staff, residents and visitors with whatever they need to ensure they feel cared for and valued.

Position: Clinical lead

Background: Has worked in the healthcare sector for 30 plus years including intensive care in London and has spent time in Sweden and Dubai as a qualified nurse.

Position: Clinical Lead

Background: Qualified as a nurse in 1983 and has worked both across the UK and in Greece.

Loves: Working at The Priory, it feels like being a part of a big family.

Position: Senior Care Lead

Background: Worked in care settings for over 18 years, holds a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Babs is one of the homes in house trainers.

Loves: Loves training all our staff to provide the best  quality of care to our residents.

Fun Fact: Originally from Germany & has lived in 4 different countries!

Position: Domestic Supervisor

Background: Worked in care for over 10 years, since moving to the UK from Romania. Lili began her time in the care sector working as a volunteer to peruse her love in a care environment.

Loves: The Priory is a home from home. Lili loves to make sure the home is kept clean, tidy & happy!

Fun Fact: Loves gardening, just look how pretty The Priory garden is! Also loves to dance!

Position: Chef

Background: Worked in kitchen environments since 13 years old & worked in 5 countries including France & Australia.

Loves: That working at The Priory is like working in a giant home, enjoys meeting all the new faces and chatting to all the residents.

Position: Lead Activities Coordinator

Background: Comes from a background in sales for 20 years until she wanted to pursue a career in care with a vision to make a difference to peoples lives.

Loves: Has a fun natured spirit and strives to bring fun and happiness to all our residents so they can enjoy there lives and make as many memories as possible.

Fun fact: Tried to learn breakdancing but the only break was her nose.

Position: Hairdresser

Background: Has worked as a hairdresser since she left school. Jane is here every Tuesday morning, she loves a good chat!

Loves: Seeing the residents faces light up, loves that the Priory feels like being part of a big family.

Fun Fact: Is related to Russel Crow the actor.

We strive to provide a home-from-home environment and support our residents to live an active, independent and fulfilled life. We do this by listening to our residents, so we can truly get to know them, and ensure that they continue to enjoy doing the things they have always loved.

We welcome applications from all walks of life and with many different support needs, including General Nursing, Respite and Dementia. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care whilst employing caring and passionate people.
