Housekeeping and Maintenance

Our residents deserve to live in a safe, relaxing and hygienic environment where they feel comfortable and secure at all times. Our housekeeping and maintenance team are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities in ensuring that the home is clean, tidy and free of preventable accidents.

We take every precaution to ensure that all areas of the home have the highest standard of cleanliness to maintain excellent infection control. Effective cleaning arrangements are in place which ensure that the home is kept clean, tidy and free from offensive odours throughout.

Our in-house laundry team make cleanliness their top priority as they ensure residents’ clothing, bed linen and towels are kept fresh and changed regularly. Our maintenance team ensure the buildings, fabrics, fittings and equipment are in good condition and in efficient working order. Effective maintenance is essential in keeping premises in a safe and presentable condition and in preventing deterioration.
