In Memory of Her Majesty the Queen, Elizabeth II

We at The Priory are saddened by the death of Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday 8th September. For over 70 years she reigned as Queen, and for many of us she is the only monarch we have known. To so many, her loss has been and will continue to be felt as we enter a new period, but we will continue to remember as a ruler of humility and compassion.

To celebrate her life The Priory will be holding events for residents, staff and visitors alike, including an afternoon tea. We also have a condolence book in our dining room until the 20th of September, so if you are visiting, please feel free to contribute your thoughts, memories and feelings. We understand that everyone will have their own way of reacting to the sad news, and we will continue to support our community during this time.
